Career Growth

After launching her career as a Litigation Paralegal in Boston, Phuong transitioned to New York City where her trajectory accelerated. She served as a Legal Operations Associate at Via, supporting contract review, compliance, and regulatory processes across domestic and international operations. She then advanced into the tech sector as an Implementation Associate at Robin AI, where she guided client onboarding, built custom implementations of intelligent contract review software, and collaborated with product teams to improve user experience. These roles nearly doubled her salary and positioned her at the intersection of law, technology, and innovation.

Through informational interviews with attorneys within TUP’s network, Phuong discovered her passion for the intersection of law and technology and pivoted from a pre-law track toward specialized graduate school programs.
